Fundraisers
Shenandoah Creations uses two flexible fundraising programs:
Pre-Purchase and Customer Order fundraising.
Pre-Purchase Fundraisers
You can order your fundraising bracelets in advanced by using our online catalog and shopping cart. This type of fundraising will allow you to have your bracelets for sale on-site. Our online catalog has a variety of crystal beads and charms for you to choose from for your final fundraising bracelet.
Order Process
- Select the color(s) of the crystal(s) for your bracelet from our online catalog.
- Select the charm type you would like to have for your bracelet from our online catalog.
Important: Custom charms can only be created if you choose our Custom Order Option for your fundraiser.
- Purchase the quantity of bracelets needed for your fundraiser with our online shopping cart. You can pay online with a credit card, check, or money order.
Important: If you decide to pay by check or money order please be aware that the bracelet creation process will not begin until your check or money order has been received.
Custom Order Fundraiser
You will contact Shenandoah Creations to discuss the custom design of your fundraiser bracelet. The custom design
includes your choice of crystal colors and the charm type needed for your organization. We can provide a custom charm if you are able to provide us with the logo of your organization.
Order Process
- Shenandoah Creations will create a sample of your custom fundraiser bracelet so your fundraising team can have an actual visual of the bracelet.
- We will provide you with an order form for you to print or make copies for your fundraising team.
- After your fundraiser period has been completed you will provide us with the final quantity of bracelets needed for your fundraiser. At this time you will be invoiced for the total amount due for your order. You can pay by credit card (online only), check, money order, or cash.
- Shenandoah Creations will then complete your bracelet order.
